By Vickie Faria

One way to reduce how much you will be required to pay of you college tuition is by finding a company that offers tuition reimbursement. Many companies offer their employees a certain dollar amount to pay for college tuition if the employee decides to attend college. This means that you would have to work at least part time through your college years but it would probably be worth having that reimbursement to pay for your college tuition. Companies that offer reimbursements usually have stipulations that you must agree to before being given the money so be sure that you have a good understanding of those stipulations before moving forward with the reimbursement plan.

A common stipulation is that you must earn a certain grade in the college course or else you will be required to pay the company back some or all of the money. Another common stipulation is that you would be required to continue working for the company for a specified time period after completing the course or again, you would be required to pay back a certain percentage of the college tuition money that the company gave to you.
